Using German raw materials, the Heinen leather factory produces high-quality leathers under the terracare® brand. These leathers are produced in accordance with the highest environmental and social standards. The leather is between 1.3 and 3.0 millimetres thick. terracare® leathers are used mainly for the production of prime quality bags and shoes. In the bag segment, exquisite golf bags, briefcases, travel bags and wallets are made out of Heinen leather. In the shoe segment, you will find our leathers used for outdoor shoes, children’s shoes, comfortable shoe types and special shoes and boots.

There are a large number of different types of leather available in our collection. The product range goes from very soft, full-grain Napa type leathers all the way to very velvety Nubuc types of leathers. All products are developed and produced to customer specifications. An important focus of our production is on technical specifications such as hydrophobising and breathability. Together with our customers, we develop suitable types of leather in order to quickly and efficiently fulfil the demands of the market.
